Manages the end‑to‑end bid process for bids from identification to award.
Leads the development of technical and commercial proposals for the Middle East Civil Infrastructure business.
Leads bid development, as well as hands‑on cost proposal development.
Works in partnership with senior leadership to develop winning pursuit strategies, ensuring all elements are incorporated into proposals.
Assists in necessary market research and reporting required for new growth areas.
Works with other team members and marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled on time.
Prepares reports and presentations for internal and external use.
Participates in the go/no‑go decision‑making process, along with the appropriate managers and participates in the bid development process from start to finish.
