This is a hybrid position and must be located within 100 miles of the Rochester, MN campus of on-site expectations.

The Belonging program manager is responsible for development, coordination, maintenance and support of programs, events, projects, and an integrated and formal infrastructure for the office and in support of Mayo Clinic's belonging strategic plan and roadmap. Partners with the Administrative Director of Belonging to execute operational goals, ensure effective and efficient operations, and coordinate resources to achieve strategic priorities. Plans, directs, coordinates and delivers activities pertaining to Mayo Employee Resource Groups and is responsible for helping guide, develop and oversee budgets for sponsored programs and events.
