What You'll Do
As Manager Arboriculture, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for arboricultural services across both Melbourne and Cranbourne Gardens, ensuring the long-term health, sustainability and presentation of one of Australia's most significant living tree collections. Leading a team of arboriculture professionals, you will foster a culture of safety, excellence and continuous improvement while providing expert technical guidance across the organisation. Working closely with horticulture, plant science, collections, landscape and infrastructure teams, you will develop and deliver contemporary arboriculture strategies, management plans and programs that support conservation, climate resilience and organisational priorities.
