The Manager, Commercial Strategy & Partnerships will provide strategic and analytical support to the regional, functional and local leadership teams on partnerships and projects aimed at driving sustainable revenue growth.
Commercial Partnerships: Support the development and implementation of new distribution partnerships. Actively participate in building, negotiating, and implementing deal strategies, including the preparation of pitch materials and drafting contracts.
M&A Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets and deal structures, in partnership with the global Corporate Development function.
Business Planning: Develop strategic, financial, and go-to-market plans, working closely with internal stakeholders such as the regional Streaming lead, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Content.
