Role Summary
We are making a strategic shift in our Mexico market—from a delivery-led model to a growth-led, partnership-driven approach. We are looking for a high-caliber Alliances & Business Development leader who can own revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and position Ksquare as a preferred Salesforce and AI transformation partner in Mexico.
This is not a traditional sales role. This is a market-building role .
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end revenue targets for Mexico region
- Build and scale a qualified pipeline across enterprise and mid-market
- Close strategic deals across Salesforce, Data, AI, and Industry Cloud solutions
- Drive disciplined pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and conversion
- Build executive relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and Partner Leadership
- Position Ksquare as a co-sell, co-build, co-deliver partner
