Collect, clean, organize, and analyze large banking datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Proactively identify areas of potential revenue loss or improvement and provide data‑driven recommendations to management and business units (e.g., market penetration, sales coverage, product preferences).
Liaise with cross‑functional teams and the Senior Management to gather and document business requirements, ensuring the developed BI solutions align with business objectives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation processes, and support data governance initiatives and standards.
