Manage end-to-end client billing and invoicing.
Prepare, review, and issue accurate client invoices.
Handle billing queries and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
Support cash flow forecasting and collections activities.
Review contracts and billing records to ensure all work is invoiced.
Support month-end reporting and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and financial matters. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
