About The Role:
Were looking for a strategic and driven Manager Account Management Excellence to lead the performance scalability and operational effectiveness of our Long-Tail Management team across multiple markets.
In this role youll play a critical part in managing a centralized remote team responsible for engaging and growing our long-tail vendor base. Youll be responsible for developing processes driving growth KPIs setting SOPs and scaling the teams capabilities as we expand into new geographies. This is a high-impact cross-functional role that blends people leadership process optimization and performance management.
