Overview The Night Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the resort and reception duties during the night operation, ensuring the night operation team deliver a consistently high standard of guest service.
Responsibilities - Train and direct the night team in their duties.
- Manage food and beverage service at night to the required standard.
- Billing and reporting.
- Liaise with security regarding incidents.
- Supervise cleaning duties.
Qualifications - Minimum of one year’s experience as Night Manager in a 5-star property.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
- Own transport and a full, clean driver’s licence.
- Fluent English – both spoken and written.
