Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting, production issues, coordinating workflow and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review.
