Job ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a structured Management Trainee programme with rotations across key departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics & IT.
Gain hands‑on exposure to daily operational workflows, business processes, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Work closely with department heads and team leads to understand departmental objectives, challenges, and performance metrics.
Assist in reviewing, analysing, and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
