**Overview**

**Scope of Responsibilities:** Provides direct supervision to store employees in the absence of Store Manager. Assists Store Manager in training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. As a member of the management team, an MITwill be expected to drive the seven principles of customer service, drive store execution and performance. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the MIT will maintain an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
