The Management Trainee Programme (MTP) is a leadership development programme that seeks to hone motivated individuals to take on leadership roles in the group’s businesses. Over the course of 6 month, you will be exposed to different aspects of the business and you will learn to assume these varying roles.

The Management Trainee – Branding & Operations is responsible for supporting daily business operations while gaining exposure to brand management, marketing initiatives, customer engagement, operational excellence and staff training and development.

We take the view that this is the heart and soul of our business and this is where you as a management trainee in your field, will get to fully experience and understand the fortitude, character, dynamism and stamina required to excel in this sector.
