1. All customer interactions from inquiries to turnover to backjob (if any).

2. See that processing of necessary documents are done promptly and causes of delay, if any, are identified and reserved;

3. Follow up the accountable personnel the preparation and completion of the requirements needed to ensure that everything are available and ready before the start of the construction.
