As a Managed Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing platform configuration requests to support our customers in getting the most value from our platform. What You’ll Do Configure and manage dashboard setups, search creation, alert management, and other platform requests. Execute standard Managed Services tasks with increasing independence.
