Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join on of our long-term client’s team at (1) of their properties in Westminster, CO (80031). The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience in residential maintenance, have experience with unit turns, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. CPO experience is required and certifications are highly preferred. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).
This role will be working with (1) community with 255 units (229 market-rate units and 26 affordable workforce units), 5 stories and LEED certified Silver.
Salary: $23-$26/hour DOQ.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm – must be available for apartment turns and emergency response/on-call upon conversion.
