**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician supports three primary areas of the production floor—Frozen, Cooked, and Packaging—by setting up production lines, responding to maintenance calls, and performing preventive maintenance using a computerized maintenance management system. This role focuses heavily on diagnosing, realigning, and repairing complex meat slicing equipment and related control systems, ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and robotic systems operate safely and efficiently in a food production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and prepare production lines in the Frozen, Cooked, and Packaging areas for daily operations.
+ Respond promptly to maintenance calls and troubleshoot issues to minimize equipment downtime.
