Key Responsibilities - Perform preventive maintenance and corrective servicing of installed systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Troubleshoot technical faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Conduct system testing, commissioning support, and routine inspections
- Provide on‑site technical support and ensure timely issue resolution
- Prepare service reports and documentation after each job
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper system usage
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
