Attend to onsite daily compactor breakdown, including after office hour breakdown calls when required. Ensure all breakdowns and repairs are rectified promptly.
Carry out the on-site preventive maintenance of the compactors.
Provide on-site training and advice on the handling and operation of the compactor/equipment to customers.
Follow up on the repair of compactors in-house for cases that cannot be done on site.
Inform customer and put up a Service Report Form after completing each repair.
Carry out periodic spare parts stock take and update in the service vehicle.
Ensure all HSE requirements and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) are followed.
Coordinate with operations on equipment repair status.
