Job Description
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the position of Maintenance Technician 3 is to maintain the general appearance of the campus, including buildings, grounds and infrastructure.
Qualifications
A high school degree or equivalent is required.3-5 years of experience with the ability to demonstrate a high-level of expertise in grounds keeping, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical repairs.Must have the ability to interpret data, oral and written.An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of people representing all social and economic segments of the community.A valid driver’s license is required.
