Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general building repairs and maintenance, repairing warehouse equipment and completing handyman work as needed both inside the Distribution Center and around the property. Responsibilities include:

• General building maintenance including carpentry, painting and electrical repairs.


• Landscaping including lawn care/snow removal around the building property.


• Concrete and floor repairs.


• Maintain accurate records (Service Channel) of all Maintenance tasks performed as instructed.


• Operating equipment in a safe manner.


• Operate in a safe manner for benefit of self and others and maintain a watchful eye for unsafe practices and situations.


• All other duties as assigned.
