Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on CNC machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations and manuals, manufacturer’sinstructionsand engineering specifications. Troubleshooting malfunctions andrepairwhere necessary.Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive work orders,identifyfaultyequipmentandacquireparts and equipment to complete repairs.
Troubleshoot, repair, install andmaintainproduction equipment from basic hydraulic equipment to complex CNC machinery, performing both electrical and mechanical work,
Complete projects such as mechanical and electrical hardware and software upgrades,calibrationsand retrofits.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, level, plumb bobs, and straight edges.
