General Maintenance - Carry out routine repairs across guest rooms, public areas, spa, leisure facilities, and back‑of‑house spaces.
Preventative Tasks - Complete scheduled inspections and servicing to reduce downtime and prevent equipment failures.
HVAC & Electrical Support  - Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling system troubleshooting.
Safety Compliance - Ensure all work meets health, safety, and regulatory standards; report hazards promptly.
Guest Support - Respond to guest maintenance requests professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
