**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs.

Every day you will execute carpentry, electrical work, or simple plumbing repairs under the direct supervision of qualified personnel.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a foundational understanding of maintenance tasks, a willingness to learn and follow instructions, and a commitment to safe and efficient work practices.

+ Repairs and Maintains machinery, mechanical equipment, refrigeration systems, HVAC systems and control systems in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer's specifications, using hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments
