We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Hyde Park, Chicago! This position qualifies for a $1k sign-on bonus after completion of the 90-day probationary period.

We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a Tech you will make a unique and valuable contribution to our community by ensuring that our building appliances and infrastructure are functioning at peak of efficiency. 

Monday through Friday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM


Alternating On-Call Weekends.
