Larlyn Property Management is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Technician / Handyperson. As a Maintenance Technician / Handyperson, to oversee all maintenance at a large condominium site located in south east Edmonton.

If you are entrepreneurial, take pride in quality workmanship, and thrive in building strong client relationships through professionalism and reliable service, you will be rewarded with great success in this position.


Daily general maintenance tasks include:

  • Basic electrical work

  • Basic plumbing work

  • Knowledge of boilers and how they should work, and be able to note issues and call the contractor

  • Pool operator license or willing to take course

  • Repairs in suite and common property
