**Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician works in a manufacturing plant environment and ensures that all equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and performing repairs on plant machinery, buildings, and grounds to support continuous production.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on plant equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
