Join our team at No.27 College Road as a Maintenance Technician. No. 27 College Road, a 120-bed property, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our building safe, functional and welcoming for residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance
• Ensuring statutory compliance across the building
• Managing commercial waste bins located outside the property
• Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and unexpected repairs
• Helping to create a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents
