Assist with all maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, amenity upkeep, unit turns, and emergency after‑hours calls; complete work orders for appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gates, pools, and more.
Maintain organized shop inventory, update logbooks and databases, monitor contractor performance, support budget goals, and follow all company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with residents, resolving issues promptly, delivering notices, and maintaining a clean, neat uniform and appearance.
Perform cleaning and upkeep of models, offices, clubhouses, grounds, and all amenity areas (pool, compactors, weight rooms, parking decks, etc.) when housekeeping is not available; assist with setup and cleanup for resident events.
