Coordinate servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment, plant, and facilities to ensure minimum downtime
Plan and organize Weekly and Daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program
Responsible for the performance and discipline of the technicians on shift duty
Coordinate minor and major repairs, replacement & overhaul of equipment, plant, and facilities at component & system level, to ensure minimum disruption to operations
Ensure quick response to trouble‑shoot, rectify, and re‑activate equipment, plant, and facilities. If unable, to organize recovery to workshop to repair, rectify and make good, and put back into operation with minimum delays and downtime
Verify the accuracy of computer daily job sheets and time keeping
Monitor and review work methods, conditions, and housekeeping to ensure safe working environment
