Position Summary:

Maintenance technician needed for a housing complex near Bidwell, OH. Will be performing groundskeeping, custodial, unit cleaning, general repairs and maintenance, including some plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, painting, and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Will also be asked to complete a variety of other tasks as needed.



This is a temporary, full-time position, starting immediately and lasting indefinitely. There is a strong chance for permanent hire for this role after a 90-day probationary period. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Starting pay is $20 per hour. If hired on direct, there are benefits available.
