The Role: Maintenance Technician (Molding) The Maintenance Technician (Molding) is responsible for supporting molding production equipment by ensuring all machines are properly maintained, operated, and repaired in an efficient and effective manner. This role is essential for ensuring continuous production output and minimizing equipment downtime while maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain all molding process equipment effectively to ensure consistent and reliable production performance.
• Manage and maintain an adequate quantity of spare parts within the required safety levels to minimize equipment downtime.
• Identify and perform troubleshooting on process equipment to minimize disruptions to the production line.
