The Role

The Maintenance Technician I supports the physical condition, functionality, and appearance of ASD's six residential properties. This position is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across units, shared spaces, and building systems in accordance with Housing Quality Standards (HQS), local building code, and ASD's operational benchmarks.
