POSITION SUMMARY

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of millwrights, leads, mechanics, planners and other

technicians to ensure production equipment is in top working order; and eliminates production downtime. The

Superintendent will embrace reliability maintenance practices to reach these goals.

The Supervisor will provide staff with hiring, training, and development that focuses on elevating the

departments overall skill sets and knowledge. The Supervisor works as a partner with production

superintendents and supervisors to ensure production continuity through his/her knowledge, skill sets and

planning capabilities.
