**Maintenance Supervisor**

This role oversees all aspects of mechanical maintenance within an industrial facility, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and material handling systems. The Maintenance Supervisor works primarily on mechanical systems while coordinating outsourced electrical work, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and minimal downtime across the operation.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead day-to-day maintenance activities with an emphasis on mechanical work, while coordinating and outsourcing electrical tasks to licensed electricians.
+ Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment including band saws, shop blast equipment, plate burning machines, angle master machines, eight overhead cranes, two forklifts, and one aerial lift.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues involving gears, bearings, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
