Job Summary

This position is responsible for the direction and coordination of repair, maintenance, and installation activities within the assigned operations. This position supervises the NES Maintenance workforce.
Essential Functions

Follow Howmet’s Safety Regulation and Work Rules Handbook along with all department specific safety requirements.

+ Hires and trains maintenance department staff.

+ Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.

+ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

+ Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy .
