Collaborating closely with production, manufacturing engineering and quality to develop and implement equipment and project specific preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.
Ensure high accuracy and completeness of information (tasks, man-hours, parts, materials, spare parts) in maintenance plans.
Coordinate and lead day to day Maintenance Blue Collar operators
Plan and manage work schedules.
Review maintenance plans to secure / confirm availability of manpower on site, and spare parts requirements.
Review vigente labour, and spares expended versus the estimates in order to determine corrective measures needed to improve accuracy and quality of work.
