Job Title : Maintenance Supervisor (Injection Moulding)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Matric + Trade Test (Fitter & Turner, Millwright, or Electrician) or relevant Engineering qualification (NQF L4/L5 minimum)
• Minimum 8 years maintenance experience in a plastics / injection moulding environment, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior technician / team leader role
• Hands-on maintenance on injection moulding machines 50450 t (Arburg, Engel, Haitian, Demag or equivalent) hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Practical knowledge of cold-runner and hot-runner mould maintenance, mould PM procedures, ejector systems, slides, lifters, and gate maintenance; cavity polishing and repair
