In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Maintenance Supervisor supervises and trains skilled and unskilled staff in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
What You Will Do:
Delegates assignments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Recommends or initiates personnel actions and administers organization's policies for the department
Ensures the compliance, safety, quality and efficiency of work activities
Develops schedules and monitors time records to ensure timely payroll record submissions
Prioritizes work orders; plans, schedules, coordinates and assigns work.
Plans and organizes the purchase of all necessary materials, parts and components required for work orders.
