ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

:
  • Plan and organize tasks
  • Manage and maintain a preventive maintenance system to keep all day to day operations running smoothly
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
  • Ability to proactively discern operational concerns and address to eliminate/minimize downtime
  • Knowledge of problem solving techniques and methods
  • Knowledge of common causes of equipment malfunction
  • Ability to estimate cost and time of completing a job
  • Oversee, motivate and train team members
  • Welcome all guests. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professionally presented.
