Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands‑on general repairs, including simple carpentry such as furniture repair and fixture installation.
  • Carry out basic electrical works, such as replacing sockets and light bulbs and checking minor electrical issues.
  • Handle minor plumbing tasks, including clearing clogs and fixing small leaks.
  • Perform painting touch‑ups and minor wall repairs when needed.
  • Conduct regular checks of rooms, furniture, and fixtures to spot issues early.
  • Complete repair and maintenance work on time and to a good standard.
