This is a mobile role where no two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of client sites carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs and fit-out support.
The Role As the Maintenance Specialist, you will:

Carry out first-line maintenance, diagnosing faults and completing repairs or arranging specialist contractors where required.
Deliver a wide range of reactive maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical works, decorating, carpentry and general fabric repairs.
Complete site inspections and identify larger repair requirements.
