Job Title: Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician
We are seeking a Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider. This position is based within a high-profile building in London NW1, with an immediate start.
Essential Experience
Temporary position for 6 weeks or more
Client-focused with availability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Technically qualified, apprentice-trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent
Ability to carry out sprinkler tests
Experience in repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment in high-profile buildings
Covering PPM and reactive works
Minor installation work, hot & cold-water faults, etc.
Immediate availability for the right candidate
Possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate
