How you will contribute

• Co-ordinate the execution of Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program, Capex management & OPEX budgets, site Technology & Automation maintenance, Asset & Master data management, Service provider/OEM contracts & SLA-site level agreement adherence, and compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement Integrated Lean Six Sigma practices: deliver zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies, technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, CBM (Condition Based Monitoring), Visual controls & tools management, loss elimination, lubrication management, and equipment calibration.
• Role model values and principles through effective coaching and build capability of operating teams...
