We manage several properties on behalf of private and public landlords or asset owners. In this role, you will ensure that properties and equipment (i.e. vehicles) are well maintained, functional and meet the needs of the people we support.   

About the role: 

45 hours per fortnight/ 3 days per week 

Our established Tenancy and Property Team is responsible for the design and delivery of preventative maintenance requirements, responding to tenants’ requests for responsive or emergency maintenance, and management of ongoing tenancy arrangements.
