**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**

**Job Description**

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a key maintenance position within a busy air duct manufacturing facility. You will support and learn from an experienced maintenance leader while working with a wide range of production equipment, including laser cutters, water jets, welders, brakes, presses, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Over time, you will be trained to take on greater responsibility and eventually oversee the maintenance function.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical repairs on a variety of manufacturing machines, including laser cutters, water jets, welders, brakes, and presses.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations.
