**Maintenance Mechanic**

📍 Dover, PA

🕒 2nd Shift | Mon–Thur or Tue–Fri | 3PM–1AM

**What You’ll Do**

+ Troubleshoot & repair mechanical/electrical equipment (motors, conveyors, pumps, control systems)
+ Perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, inspections, adjustments)
+ Install & modify machinery, wiring, and components
+ Support production by minimizing downtime
+ Maintain CMMS records & order parts as needed
+ Assist with facility maintenance (HVAC, lighting, plumbing)
+ Ensure OSHA & safety compliance (LOTO, PPE)

**Required Skills**

+ Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
+ Industrial maintenance / repair experience
+ Pneumatics & basic electrical
+ Welding

**Nice to Have**

+ PLC troubleshooting
+ Hydraulics
+ HVAC experience
+ Manual machining / fabrication
