**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of all equipment, including production machinery, warehouse systems, office areas, and the building itself. This role encompasses a broad range of maintenance tasks such as mechanical, electrical (up to and including three-phase), plumbing, painting, welding, and some carpentry. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate maintenance activities with Equipment Operators and Supervisors.
+ Troubleshoot a wide variety of machine applications to address production needs.
+ Diagnose and repair control wiring, relay logic, motor drive circuits, control system devices, photo eyes, limit switches, proximity switches, and transducers.
+ Utilize tools such as Digital Volt Meter and AMP probes to diagnose electrical issues.
