**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and reactive maintenance on conveyors, press machines, rollers, and related production equipment.
+ Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective components to minimize downtime.
+ Conduct bench rebuilding activities, including installing new bearings on spindles, rebuilding water jets, and completing motor replacements.
+ Respond to machine breakdowns promptly and restore equipment to safe and reliable operating condition.
+ Troubleshoot motors using a multimeter to test voltage and identify electrical or mechanical faults.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to service and maintain industrial machinery.
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment life and reduce unexpected failures.
