Responsibilities:


+ Perform general maintenance, technical maintenance, welding, and machining of equipment at facility.

+ Disassemble, repair, and install equipment across various plant systems including boilers, fuel, ash, limestone, air, water treatment, turbines, and generators.

+ Conduct shaft alignment using reverse indication and laser equipment.

+ Lay out, set up, and machine components with tolerances down to .001 using blueprint or design drawings.

+ Fabricate parts from iron, bronze, metals, and synthetic materials such as rubber, nylon, and Teflon.

+ Utilize precision tools like micrometers and dial indicators for measurements.
